No you do not get a refund because I state in the description what version of Photo Shop the action works with and do not guarantee that they will work with other versions. If for any reason the action is corrupt on download I will replace the action.

3.) What if I have the right version of Photo Shop for the action I purchased but it just does not work, do I get a refund?
No you do not get a refund but if it is an actual error in the scripting of the action I will replace the action for you. I do test all my actions before selling them but perhaps due to a download error the action may not work proper. This is no one fault and can be remedied easily.

4.) I like a certain product in your store but I want it in another color, is that possible and how can I get it?
Yes it is possible, for the cost of the item plus a small extra fee of $2.00 (for making color changes), and what you would need to do is contact me via my email at [email protected] with the name of the product and what color you want it in. Once I receive notice of paypal payment for the special order I will then make the changes and email the link to you within 3 or 4 days time, maybe even sooner. The payment goes to paypal account [email protected].

5.) Do you take special orders for Full size kits.
yes I will make a kit to your specifications (theme) for the following prices: 12 papers and 24 elements in one color range = $5.00: 12 papers and 24 elements in two colors = $5.50: 12 papers and 24 elements in three colors = $6.00: 50 cents for each additional color there after: 50 cents for each additional paper or element added.
