Any of my kits whether full size or tagger size are all S4H or personal use. Any commercial item or tool can be used for CU or CU4CU. You may not resell any of my products as is. You may change colors or sizes and resell items in kits etc or in element packs. By purchasing these scrap products by digital download you have purchased ONLY the license to use these graphics.
